Healing Hands in Unexpected Places

An underground railroad of sorts has been created between Syria and Israel to help deliver health care to the wounded, sick, and expecting mothers whose access to adequate medical treatment has been compromised by ongoing Syrian unrest.  The entire transport process poses diverse risks to both sides involved but those participating brave the danger to help those in need.
