The NFL’s Heart Grew a Size Today

It’s still pretty small but at least in Cincinnati we can feel a pulse.  Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still did not make the final cut for the 53 man roster.  However, the team did sign him on to their practice squad not just for his football skills but also to help support his 4-year-old daughter’s fight against pediatric cancer.  Being on the practice squad means financial security as well as less time away from home since the he will not need to always travel with team.
