Ariel Soltura was driving his beat when he came across a young boy, throwing a football up-down, with no one else to play catch in view.  Instead of rolling onwards, Sgt. Ariel Soltura pulled over and played catch with 10-year old Germaine Ford.  Fox News had the pair on for a cute interview.  Below is the dash cam recording from the police car that caught Fox News (and this blog’s) attention.
